Introductioin of  AAC Product Clamp Hoister : 

AAC Product Clamp Hoister is installed under finished-product crane which carries the hoister to travel and move up & down.

It is used to clamp finished block to the packing line after autoaclaving and releasing it on pallets.

AAC Product Clamp Hoister  consists of spreader beams, vertical beams, clamping arms, lifting devices, guides and hydraulic system components.

Flow chart of AAC Production Line :

1. Firstly, raw materials preparision: flyash or sand are made inito slurry and powdery material like cement

,lime, gypsum are storaged in silos.

2. After distributing, slurry and powdery material  measured by electronic scale get  into high speed pouring mixer.

3. Through thoroughly mixing, the mixed slurry is poured to mould, and mould is transfered to pre-curing room within a certain temperature.

4. After precuring, mixed slurry would reach certain hardness becoming green cake, prepare for cutting.

5. Tilting hoister would turn mould over 90 degree,opening the mould frame and releasing grean cake with side plate on the cutting cart.

6. The green cake  then be cut through the cutter for horizontal and vertical cutting.

7.After cutting,  the green cake is hanged onto atuoclaving trolley  by semi-finished product hoister before autoclave.

8. Autoclaveing trolleys are drawn into autoclave by draw-and-pull mechanism or friciton wheels, autoclaving time will take 8-10 hours under certain temperature and pressure.

9. After autoclaving, autoclaving  trolleys are pull out of autoclaves. 

10. AAC clamp hoister will takes the finished product for packing.

11. The side plate return back by side plate roller for recyle using.

12. Side plate would be recombine with  mould.

13. Mould and side plate will be oiled waiting for next pouring.
